Super P-Force (100mg Sildenafil Citrate + 60mg dapoxetine)
Super P-Force is a new super strength pill for Erectile Dysfunction. It works by combining the effects of Sildenafil Citrate with Dapoxetine (a drug for the treatment of premature ejaculation). The benefits are obvious.

The medication is dispensed as a pill to be taken orally. The medication works by inhibiting naturally occurring processes to assist in maintaining an Erection. Super P-Force contains 100mg of Sildenafil Citrate and 60mg of Dapoxetine. The Dapoxetine prevents Premature Ejaculation.

How does Super P-Force work?
Super P-Force contains 100mg of Sildenafil Citrate just like Kamagra but also contains 60mg of Dapoxetine. The Sildenafil Citrate is a PDE5 inhibitor which relaxes muscles that line the blood vessels of the penis allowing more blood to enter the penis when sexually aroused and helping to maintain an erection.

Dapoxetine works specifically to delay the ejaculation process and treat premature ejaculation. The powerful combination allows men to stay harder for longer.

What are the Warnings and Precautions for Super P-Force?
Super P-Force is prescribed for adult males only (18 years and older). This product is not suitable for women at all. Super P-Force must not be used by anyone taking nitrate medication (even occasionally). Sildenafil Citrate should not be taken if you are currently taking alpha blockers and should not be combined with other ED medications.

If you have the following medical issues Super P-Force should be used with caution:
- A recent history of myocardial infarction, stroke, or life threatening arrhythmia.
- Resting hypotension or hypertension
- Cardiac failure or coronary artery disease causing unstable angina
- Deformity of the penis
- Sickle-cell anemia, multiple myeloma or leukemia
- Patients with a history of cardiovascular problems
- Retinitus pigmentosa

Use of Super P-Force is not recommended for people with a history of cardiac dysfunction.
Avoid driving or operating machinery when taking this medication as some of the side-effects may impact on your abilities. Consult a medical professional immediately if you experience erections lasting longer than 4 hours or painful erections as prolonged erections can lead to permanent tissue and erectile damage. This medication does not offer any additional protection from sexually transmitted diseases. You still need to take your normal precautions.

What are the Negative Side Effects of Super P-Force?
Some side-effects are relatively common such as increased thirst and a light-headedness following sudden movements - this is entirely natural as blood moves into the genital areas.

Less frequently patients may experience one or more of the following: nausea, dizziness and headaches, flushing, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, temporary visual abnormalities (including changes in color perception, increased sensitivity to light and blurred vision), urinary tract infections or temporary heat rashes. No medication is 100% guaranteed to work but in tests we have had a 97% success rate.

When is Super P-Force effective?
Super P-Force is only effective when combined with sexual stimulation.
The Sildenafil Citrate compound in Super P-Force is rapidly absorbed and achieves full strength within 30 minutes. Consuming a high-fat meal will slow the absorption process by around 60 minutes. Consuming alcohol can delay the absorption of Sildenafil Citrate. The effects of Sildenafil Citrate remain strong for several hours.

Dapoxetine is also absorbed rapidly but reaches peak effect slower with peak strength at around 1.5hrs. Noticeable effects last up to 15 hours.

The recommended dose is once daily approximately 1 hour prior to sexual activity. Drinking alcohol reduces the effects of the medication. This is only noticeable when you exceed 2 units per hour.
