Risperidone is one of a group of medicines called antipsychotics. Antipsychotics are used to treat a variety of conditions that affect the way you think, feel and/or act. These can be preoccupation with troublesome recurring thoughts, overactivity, and unpleasant unusual experiences such as hearing and seeing things not normally seen or heard. People with these conditions may also feel depressed, guilty, anxious or tense.

You should also tell your doctor if you have other risk factors for blood vessel disease, including high blood pressure, diabetes, current smoking or a heart disorder called atrial fibrillation.
Officially you should not drink while taking risperidone. This is because both alscohol and risperidone can make you feel drowsy, so taking the two together may make you feel very drowsy.
Drugs can affect libido (desire)arousal (erection) and orgasmic ability.

The following may occur rarely:

* In extremely rare cases, significant changes in body temperature may occur. This rise or fall in temperature is caused by a combination of several factors such as extreme cold or heat. Call your doctor if this happens.
* In elderly patients with dementia, sudden weakness or numbness of the face, arms or legs, especially on one side, instances of slurred speech and stroke have been seen. If any of these should occur, even for a short period of time, seek medical attention right away.
* In very rare cases, high blood sugar has been reported. The symptoms of high blood sugar may be the need to urinate more often or feeling thirsty all the time. Contact your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms

Interactions: Tell your doctor if you are taking any other medicines because taking some medicines together can be harmful.
If you are taking any of the following, taking Risperidone as well may make you feel more drowsy:
- Medicines taken for anxiety or to help you to sleep (tranquillisers)
- Certain painkillers
- Some antihistamines (such as chlorpheniramine)
- Certain antidepressants.
Only take these medicines while you are on Risperidone if your doctor says that you can.
A drug called carbamazepine, commonly used to treat epilepsy or facial neuralgia (severe pain attacks in the face), or others such as fluoxetine or paroxetine (medicines for treating depression) may affect liver enzymes. This can change the effect of Risperidone, so you should tell your doctor if you start or stop taking such medication, as you may need a different dose of Risperidone.

FAQ
Question: Why do you have such cheap branded medecines?
Answer: We keep low prices because we buy our medecines in the countries, which have a low drug tax, however all medicines are produced by original manufactures. Another reason of low prices is purchasing of the drugs in association with a large group of partners in bulk quantity. Also we use cheaper but quality method of delivery.

Question: Why are generic drugs cheaper than branded medicines?
Answer: Manufactureres that produce generics do not spend much money on development of a new preparation, they just need to reproduce something that was developed before. That’s why the price for generics is much more affordable. Usually generics are let to be produced only when the original medication is being sold in the market for several years.

Question: Is Generic the exact copy of the original?
Answer: If we study the chemical composition of the generic and the original, we’ll find out that in reality they are not identical (dublicates). They have similar “therapeutic core” but additional ingredients can differ either in quantitative or qualitative composition. Anyway it doesn’t influence on the effect. At the end of the
