TERMS OF USE |
1. Products
The medicines you buy are made in different countries. In the event that the chosen product is not available, a refund or credit note will be offered to the Customer.
2. Goods delivery
Goods are delivered by International Airmail or Express Mail Service and need to be signed upon arrival.
If your goods are not delivered in time, please email us quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your full name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order.
3. Delivery time
Currently we deliver products worldwide and we offer two shipping methods:
- International Airmail: 1 – 3 weeks (usually 9 days).
- Express Mail Service: 5 – 7 days.
In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. Delivery time may vary depending on the country and city you live in.
4. Shipping info
All orders are shipped after 24 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 5 to 10 days.
5. Orders
Your credit card will be billed immediately after purchase.
After purchase you will receive an email notification with all payment details (Please make sure your e-mail filter allows mail from support@drugs-med.com. To ensure proper delivery of our emails, please add support@drugs-med.com to your address book, trusted sender list or company white list). Please note that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give the Customer a possibility to change, update or cancel his/her address and/or the order items. In such cases, the customer must immediately send us an e-mail with his/her changes. The order number must be enclosed in the letter; otherwise, the order will be sent using primary introduced information.
We recommend to print out the transaction data and the Terms of Use and to keep them at an easily accessible place.
There is no limit when purchasing at Drugs-Med.com. The order quantity is left to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur. For first-time customers a large quantity order is not accepted. The maximum quantity of medicines for a first-time order is not more then $400 USD.
6. Return policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, or the purchase is faulty or incorrect, let us know via our support e-mail and we will give you the return instructions. Return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. Drugs-Med.com is not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e. wrong brand, types in or faulty shipping address. Drugs-Med.com cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and/or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
7. Refunds
We guarantee 100% money back or full order reshipping in case if:
- The received package does not correspond to the order;
- The received order is damaged;
- Customer is not satisfied with the received product, by any other reason.
In the arisen situations the customer must contact us within 10 days period after receiving the order as to be provided with the needed instructions. In case if the inaccuracy in order or shipping details was made by the customer, he bears all the postal expenses on returning the order.
If the order is not delivered within the correspondent time, the customer must contact us by email. We immediately begin an internal investigation regarding the problem and if the customer does not receive the order within 5 days, we are offering the following variants of solving the problem:
- We immediately reship the similar order, on the equal sum.
- We refund the money.
8. Online Transactions Security
All transactions are SSL encrypted.
9. Privacy policies
By accepting these terms of use you are also stating that you have read the Drugs-Med.com policies section and agree to those policies as set at privacy policy page.
10. User Agreement:
1. You agree and understand that the medicines that you are ordering are for your personal use and consumption and not for resale.
2. You understand that our medicines are made in different countries. The country of origin is clearly indicated on the package that you will receive.
3. You should not decide on taking any medicines without your attending physician and his agreement. As a specialist, the doctor knows how to use the medicines and is aware of possible risk factors. You should not also use the drugs’ descriptions from the site as a therapeutic drug management.
4. You agree to contact us first should any problems arise with your order without disputing the order with your credit card issuer (bank).
